Maison Jansen was a French interior design firm based in Paris, founded by Dutchman Jean-Henri Jansen. It was one of the first truly global design firms, blending traditional furniture with emerging trends. In the 1890s, the company established its own workshop to produce contemporary designs and reproductions in styles such as Louis XIV, Louis XVI, Directoire, and Empire. Their appreciation of historical styles extended to dealing in antiques, with a separate branch dedicated to European antiques. In the 1920s, Jean-Henri Jansen invited Stéphane Boudin to join the firm. Under Boudin’s leadership, Maison Jansen expanded its operations, collaborating with influential clients such as royal families from Belgium, Iran, and Serbia, and working on projects like the White House during the administration of John F. Kennedy. After Boudin's passing in 1967, Pierre Delbée took over leadership. Maison Jansen came under new ownership in 1979 and eventually closed in 1989. Bremshey Dinett Serving Trolley, from the 1950s, made in Solingen, Germany.

The Bremshey Dinett serving trolley is an icon of mid-century furniture, and now you have an excellent opportunity to make it part of your home. Made of chrome-plated metal and special palisander veneer panels, impregnated with synthetic resin and then compressed to create a robust and almost indestructible surface known as gerlinol. This particular trolley features a beautiful vintage floral pattern, adding charm and additional decorative value. Bremshey serving trolleys were known for their exceptional quality and utility. Since this was an exceptionally innovative and unique trolley, its makers were not afraid of someone stealing their idea. Therefore, earlier models do not have the company's mark; when you bought it, you only received the company seal. On the bottom, there was a sticker highlighting the advantages of the trolley. The label promised the following useful features: "Resistant to water, fruit juices, alcoholic beverages, and kitchen acids; heat-resistant and almost unbreakable. Retains a shiny appearance even after years of use. Just rinse with cold or warm water." Due to the age of this trolley, all its qualities can be confirmed, as it remains in new condition despite its age. However, the advantage of this trolley is not only its quality but also its versatility, making it extremely useful. The trolley can be completely folded when not in use, allowing for easy storage. Alternatively, it can be partially folded to create an interesting shelving unit on wheels. As shown in advertisements from the 1950s and 1960s, this is a necessary addition to parties, where you can elegantly serve food and drinks. It can be placed in a corner for serving cocktails, and it is also useful in everyday life as an interesting side table or a unique plant stand. People wanted to see for themselves the existence of these unusual creatures. Nowadays, taxidermy has acquired a different, somewhat negative connotation, but it still serves as an intriguing and exotic decoration, often becoming the centerpiece of many conversations.
